When I was remodeling my bathroom I contacted Ted and he was very professional, thorough and helped me through every step of the way with this project. His entire team were very professional and the work was done in a very timely manner.

Ted was very easy to work with when designing our new kitchen. He was able to incorporate all of our wish list items in a way that also stayed within our budget. There was no pressure to “upsell” when picking out cabinets, flooring, backsplash, counters, and appliances. The contractors he arranged for us did an amazing job and were also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Ted for home remodeling projects. Thank you!

My sister had just remodeled her bathrooms and had used Ted in her design and remodeling so I thought I would see if he could help me with my changes. It was delightful working with a professional designer such as Ted. He listened to my needs and helped me transform them into the master bath that I really enjoy. He was very detailed in putting together the plan and over saw everything until It was completed.

Recently I went to Lowes for a kitchen remodel project. I was so pleased on how the entire project worked out. Lowes worked with me every step of the way, helping me to keep the project within my budget plus all of the work progressed on a timely basis which was great! Love my new kitchen. Thank you Lowes.

Ted did a lovely job re-designing our awkward kitchen and dining room space. He reimagined the space, designed it, connected us with great contractors, sourced (or helped) every component and was available to assist during the entire project. His estimates were spot on and we came in on time and under budget. The entire project ran more smoothly than expected and the end result is beautiful.

From the very beginning, Ted Ward at Lowe's in Arlington Heights, IL was completely involved and helpful with our kitchen remodeling project. When we first met with him, we had already met with several other designers with different companies. What made Ted stand out from the others was his ability to listen and understand what our vision was. We did not have an unlimited budget but he was able to make great recommendations on everything from cabinetry to appliances while staying within our budget. He gave us his personal cell phone number and was readily available throughout the project. He was patient and understanding if we had concerns and chose a perfect contractor for our project. I highly reccomend Ted with absolutely no hesitation and plan to contact the Lowe's corporate office to make sure that the company knows what a valuable employee they have.

Ted did a great job coordinating all the moving parts. We felt comfortable working with Ted and his team and we're very happy with our kitchen, foyer and bathroom remodel.

Ted did a terrific job helping us to design both our bathrooms. They both look fabulous. He sat with us and helped to pick out materials to meet our budget. Once everything was ordered, he said it would be about 5 weeks till they came out and delivered. The first bathroom was only 4 weeks and the second one was only 3 weeks. They finished both bathrooms within a week and a day! He was on top of everything. He even took time out of his schedule to help us pick paint samples to have our home painted. Thanks for all your help!

It was wonderful to work with Ted. I was doing my hall and Master bath. He listened to my needs and made suggestions based on those needs. He helped with picking tile, cabinets, fixtures and made recommendations that I had not initially thought about. He was attentive through the whole process.

I would highly recommend Ted Ward for any work that needs to be done at your home! He was very helpful not only with the design of our master bath, but during and after the project as well. We intend to contact him again for any new projects that we plan.
